COURSE 01
First Aid
for the first years
What to do when something's wrong — from CPR and choking to burns, fevers, and the emergencies you hope you'll never face.
Most parents learn first aid in a half-day class, three weeks before birth, and then never think about it again.
This course is different. It's designed to be watched before you need it — and referenced the moment you do.
WHAT YOU'LL KNOW AFTER
How to respond to a choking infant or toddler — in the first 10 seconds and in the minutes after.
How to tell the difference between a fever you can manage at home and one that needs medical care.
What to do for burns, scalds, cuts, and falls — when to treat and when to go to the hospital.
When a head injury can be watched — and when it can't.
How to recognize the warning signs of serious illness, early.
What belongs in your home first-aid kit — and what's a waste of money.

Most parents who buy First Aid end up getting the complete library — because the three courses solve the three things parents actually worry about, and buying them together costs less than buying two separately.
QUESTIONS
Course questions.
Yes. Most first-aid classes run 3–6 hours, cover adults, and are forgotten within a month. This course is specifically for infants and young children, designed to be watched once and referenced forever. Even parents with CPR certification have found real value in the age-specific techniques.
You don't need one to get value from the course, but if you want to practice, we recommend any infant CPR manikin (available for ~AED 200–400 online). The course includes a brief tutorial on using one effectively.
The course covers first aid for infants (0–12 months) and young children (roughly up to age 5). Some techniques (like the Heimlich) differ between ages, and the course is explicit about when different approaches apply.
No. Formal certification requires in-person practice and assessment. This course is designed to make you knowledgeable and ready — which is often more practical for parents than certification. Many parents take both.
Your access is personal, but we actively encourage partners and caregivers to watch with you. If you need access for a separate household (e.g., grandparents in another country), contact us — we're reasonable about this.
